Fraser Clinical Consulting Services
I’m Dr. Wally Fraser, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and founder of Fraser Clinical Consultation Services. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and a PhD in Leadership, my work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping individuals grow, lead, and heal with purpose. My background includes extensive work with first responders, professionals in high-stress environments, and those navigating complex life challenges. I bring a grounded, relational, and evidence-based approach to every session—whether in counseling, supervision, or coaching.
Fraser Clinical Consultation Services (FCCS) was created to offer a space where healing and growth are possible. Based in Hampden, Maine, FCCS provides individual counseling, clinical supervision, and coaching services, along with wellness-focused support tailored for first responders and public safety professionals. FCCS exists to walk alongside those who serve others—offering care, clarity, and connection when it’s needed most.

Founder and CEO
Hannah Longley, LCSW
Hannah Longley is a licensed clinical social worker who was born and raised in Maine and brings extensive experience in community mental health and crisis response. She has worked closely with first responders, including providing support following critical incidents, and previously served with the Maine Army National Guard and NAMI Maine. Hannah is also an adjunct instructor at Central Maine Community College and serves on the board of the Sexual Assault Crisis and Support Center.

Hayle Grover, LMSW-cc
Hayle Grover is a conditionally licensed clinical social worker born and raised in Midcoast Maine. She earned both her BSW and MSW, with a minor in integrated behavioral health, from the University of Maine Orono. Hayle has professional experience in child welfare, adult behavioral health case management, and adult outpatient therapy settings. Her clinical work is informed by both professional training and personal insight, giving her a strong understanding of the unique culture, pressures, and expectations faced by first responders. She also provides therapy to members of the general public, supporting adults through a wide range of mental health concerns and life transitions.
